OVERVIEW:

Make the most of your time in Athens with this brilliant step back into history. A comfortable A/C coach past the beaches of Vouliameni and Glyfada as we drive SW until reaching the engineering marvel of the Corinth Canal which took over 2,000 years to finally complete in the late 1800's. It amazingly connects the Saronic Gulf of the Aegean with the Ionian Sea. 

After a short photo stop, this tour will visit ancient Corinth where St. Paul lived and preached for two years. It is evident how rich and important Corinth was in ancient times and your guide will be a wealth of information during our 1 1/2 hours.We'll explore the theatre, bathhouse, ruined temples and the stone platform, bema, where it is believed St Paul spoke. 

 Here you will see the magnificent 6th century BC Temple of Apollo and the Corinth Agora where shopping and discussions took place. As we leave we'll take a quick stop at the site where St. Paul disembarked at the ancient Port of Cehries. Then for our relaxing lake/country side drive back to Athens.
